List Your Animal or Equipment For Auction

The Consignment Process

Ready to list your animals for auction? Just follow these simple steps:

  1. When you’re ready to list your animals, visit our animal consignment listing page 
  2. Submit the details of the animal or team that you want to list. Animals listed as a team will appear together in a single auction listing. The price for registering animals for consignment is $20 per head.
  3. Once you’ve submitted the consignment details you will be taken to a page where you can choose to check out, or to continue listing animals. Your consignments are not registered until your checkout is complete.
  4. When you are finished listing your animals, proceed through the checkout process. Once you submit your payment you will be redirected to the confirmation page recieve a reciept via email. Please wait until you see this confirmation page to ensure your listing information is processed

The Details

When filling out the auction details form for each of your items, you’ll need to provide the following information.

For Animals:

  • The Animal’s Name
  • A Short Description
  • A Longer Description
  • A Main Photo (Optional, but recommended)
  • The Animal’s Date of Birth 
  • It’s Height (Horses in hands, Ponies in inches)
  • It’s Breed
  • Stallion or Gelding (Males)
  • Pregnancy (Females)
  • Ride Broke
  • Drive Broke
  • Is the Animal Traffic Broke?
  • Is the Animal Sound?
  • Registration Papers (Optional)
  • Additional Photos (Optional)
  • Video Embed Link URL (Optional)

You can submit teams of two animals together in a single listing. For teams of greater than two animals, please contact us for assistance.

For Equipment:

There is no fee to list your equpment in our auctions.

  • Video Embed Link URL (Optional)

The Listing

Once you submit your listing, we’ll review the information. After it’s approved, your listing will appear on the current auction page.

For animals, the Auction Title will be generated by the Name, Age, Breed, and Type of the animal listed. For equipment we will ask you to provide the Auction Title.

This Title, along with the Short Description and Main Photo you provide, will show up on the main page, while the rest of the information will display on the details page, accessible by clicking/tapping on a listing from the auction main page.
